UX/UI Designer

Hence, we seek a talented senior UX/UI Designer to join our team and work on the products we are developing.

They would help create, build, test, ship, and improve user experiences and conversion rates for our digital products. The ideal candidate will be passionate about understanding and translating user needs into intuitive, engaging designs.

Use quantitative and qualitative data to make informed design decision. Collaborate with UX researchers and analysts to get necessary data

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile applications

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define user experiences and product features

Develop and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure consistency across platforms

Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the product development process

Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into iterative designs

Collaborate with external designers and guide their work.

Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Familiarity and understanding of web front-end technologies.
