We're looking for a talented and detail-focused Photo Retoucher to join our team! If you have a sharp eye for detail and a passion for perfecting images, we’d love to hear from you. In this role, you will be responsible for retouching AI-generated lifestyle images to ensure that the product featured in these images accurately reflects the real product. Your work will require keen attention to detail and a strong understanding of texture, material appearance, and branding consistency. You will be provided with real product images and AI-generated lifestyle images to make necessary adjustments.

Image Retouching: Using the provided AI-generated lifestyle images, ensure the shoe appears realistic and matches the actual product based on the real shoe images provided as a reference

Texture & Material Accuracy: Adjust the texture and material appearance of the shoe to reflect the true characteristics of the product. This includes ensuring that the surface details (e.g., leather, fabric, etc.) are accurate

Branding & Logos: Ensure all logos, branding, and text details on the shoe are correctly placed and match the actual product. This includes verifying font, size, and placement of text and logos

Color Tone Matching: Adjust the color tone in the lifestyle images so that it matches the color of the actual shoe. Pay close attention to lighting, shadows, and reflections for consistency

Comment Review: Each AI-generated lifestyle image will contain specific feedback. Carefully review and address the corrections as indicated in the provided comments

Final Output Quality: Deliver retouched images that look natural and cohesive, maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the actual product. The final images should not only meet the technical requirements but also align with the overall branding of the product.

Proven experience in photo retouching, preferably in e-commerce, product photography, or fashion

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or similar photo editing software

Strong eye for detail and an excellent understanding of texture, color, and branding

Ability to interpret and implement specific feedback to achieve the desired outcome

A portfolio showcasing previous photo retouching work, particularly with product images, is preferred

Strong communication skills to ensure clear understanding of tasks and feedback

Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 6 AM to 2 PM Pacific Time

Full-time: 8 hours/day, exclusive to Amazon Growth Lab

No freelance or other work allowed during tenure with Amazon Growth Lab

Unpaid U.S. holidays; unpaid leave

Time Tracking: Use Time Doctor to track hours and activity.
