UX/UI Designer

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing user-friendly digital products and interfaces that balance business goals with user needs. You will collaborate closely with our strategy, development, and creative teams to transform concepts into wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs.

Conduct user research to understand target audiences and translate insights into design solutions

Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for websites, web apps, and mobile apps

Design modern, clean, and consistent UI layouts that follow brand guidelines

Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth handoff and implementation of designs

Continuously iterate designs based on user testing and feedback

Stay updated on design trends, usability principles, and best practices in UI/UX

Ensure all designs are responsive and optimized for multiple devices and screen sizes.

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory)

2+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer (agency or product-based experience preferred)

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch

Strong understanding of UX principles, usability testing, and user-centered design

Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards

Good communication and collaboration skills

Ability to manage time and work independently in a remote setup

Nice to Have (Optional but Valuable)

Knowledge of design systems and component libraries

Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JS)

Experience with motion design and micro-interactions

Prior work in branding and marketing design.
