Advertising Graphic Designer
The Advertising Graphic Designer is responsible for shaping the visual direction of client advertising campaigns. This role combines creative design, brand alignment, and performance-driven thinking to deliver high-impact visuals that resonate with audiences and support campaign objectives.
You’ll work closely with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager (who oversees strategy and client relationships) and campaign strategists.
Lead the design of creative ad assets for paid campaigns (social, display, and performance ads)
Maintain brand identity and ensure visuals are consistent across advertising campaigns
Transform ideas and briefs into engaging ad designs that drive clicks and conversions
Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and developers to ensure ad designs align with landing page objectives
Note: You will not be creating landing pages — only ads that support and drive traffic to them.
- Creative Design
Design engaging visuals for advertising campaigns across paid social and display
Translate brand voice and campaign objectives into compelling graphic content
Create reusable ad templates that maintain consistency while allowing for iteration
Participate in client and team calls to align on campaign priorities
Work with the creative team to execute ad campaigns on time and at the highest quality
Review and iterate on ad designs based on feedback and performance data.
- Performance & Optimization
Understand the role of design in conversion and retention marketing
Contribute ideas for A/B tests (e.g., CTA placement, color variations, layouts)
Stay updated on industry trends and creative best practices to improve ad performance.
2+ years of experience in graphic design for advertising or digital marketing (agency or DTC/eCommerce brands preferred)
Proficiency with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design tools
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
Ability to design with conversion and performance in mind, not just aesthetics
Experience creating visuals for paid ads (social + display)
Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with strategists, copywriters, and developers
Meticulous attention to detail when reviewing ad assets.
