Work closely within a multidisciplinary team to deliver world-class products and services

Stay curious and up to date on new tools, techniques and trends.

Strong experience in UI design and deep understanding of design systems; you’ve been doing this for several years and you really understand your craft

A willingness to own the design process, but not hold the idea or concept too tightly

You see collaboration as a superpower, you're comfortable giving and receiving feedback, and turning conversations into strong, people-centered design outcomes; all our work is through a multidisciplinary environment

Because you’re experienced, you know how to manage yourself, your reliability, and competing priorities. That said, you understand the balance between a flexible collaborative mindset and self-directed work

You’re excited by emerging tech and design practices

Familiar with WCAG and committed to accessibility
