UI/UX Designer

BlueSapling is a fast growing technology and digital transformation company based in Bangalore serving businesses across the globe through its world class enterprise solutions. We are looking for a passionate designer, someone who loves designing user-friendly, engaging mobile apps and web products. You will need to work closely with the product and engineering teams.

Design visually engaging, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
Collaborate with UX designers and developers to ensure seamless design implementation
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and UI best practices
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
Participate in the development process from definition through design, build, test, release, and maintenance
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience of designing User Experience and Interfaces and the associated Design Thinking and Process
Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision or Photoshop/Illustrator
Good eye for details and aesthetics: layout, grid systems, colour theory and typography
Ability to rapidly produce multiple UX/UI concepts
A portfolio showcasing creative UI designs and attention to detail.
