2D Motion Designer

We’re seeking a Senior Motion Designer specializing in 2D animation to help lead the visual direction and execution of high-impact video projects. As a senior team member, you’ll work closely with the Motion Graphics Design Lead, contributing your expertise in animation, timing, design, and storytelling to deliver world-class visual content.

5+ years of professional experience in motion design or animation

Advanced proficiency in After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite

Strong sense of composition, movement, and visual rhythm

Proven track record of delivering polished, storytelling-driven motion work

Leadership skills, creative initiative, and collaborative approach.

Development of high-quality 2D animations for brand and product videos

Collaborate with the lead designer and creative writers on concept ideation and visual storytelling

Ensure artistic consistency and technical excellence across project deliverables

Mentor junior and middle designers, providing feedback and animation guidance

Research and introduce modern animation techniques and tools to improve workflow efficiency.
