UI/UX Designer
Construction Link (C-Link) is a fast-growing ConstructionTech company revolutionising construction procurement. We automate workflows and transform how subcontractors win work.
Own & lead the end-to-end design process for C-Link, focusing on elevating user experience and interface quality
Design engaging digital assets including in-app visuals, email templates, instant messaging, and notification creatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, sales, and development
Ensure adherence to the established design system while working closely with developers
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to support UX initiatives
Use user research, data, and feedback to inform and validate design decisions
Maintain visual and brand consistency across all user touchpoints
Stay up to date with current design trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
Strong experience in UX/UI design with a strong digital design background
The ability to work as the sole designer and establish design processes at C-Link
A compelling portfolio showcasing UX/UI work, including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs
Proficiency in Design programs such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and Miro
Solid understanding of UX research, testing, and data-driven design improvements
Bonus: Familiarity with HTML/CSS, animation tools, or video editing
You're based around London and happy to work remotely with regular in person company meet ups
Strong visual design capabilities with keen attention to detail in layout, typography, and colour
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams
A proven self-starter with initiative and drive to push projects forward.
