Designing user-centric, high-impact experiences for revenue-related products that enable monetization at scale

Collaborating and partnering with Product Managers, Engineers, and senior leaders across specialties and the broader business to shape features from discovery through to delivery

Balancing business goals with design craft to influence user behaviour and drive adoption of premium offerings

Conducting research and testing to understand user needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement

Collaborating with other designers across Canva to maintain consistency and share learnings

Driving design projects with autonomy, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder alignment.

You’ve got extensive experience in product design and have shipped impactful features across platforms

You’re skilled in interaction and visual design, with a deep appreciation for usability and simplicity

You bring strong systems thinking and can align design solutions with scalable product architecture

You’re skilled in utilising AI to streamline your craft as well as understand how it can best serve Canva’s broad user base

You love collaborating with cross-functional teams and are comfortable influencing stakeholders

You’re curious, humble, and open to feedback – always looking for ways to grow

You have a strong portfolio that demonstrates your design process and impact.
