UX/UI Designer
CodeRabbit is an innovative research and development company focused on building extraordinarily productive human-machine collaboration systems. Lead UX and UI design for new product features and workflows
Work with product and engineering to translate ideas into user-centric solutions
Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation
Design and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
Help define and evolve a consistent, scalable design system
Provide dev-ready design assets and support frontend engineers during implementation
Bring creativity and structure to designing new interaction patterns in the AI space.
Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Visual Communication, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
3–5 years in a UI/UX or product design role with end-to-end ownership
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design process and interface polish
Mastery of Figma and other modern design tools
Experience designing developer tools, technical products, or workflow-heavy platforms
Curiosity about AI, LLMs, and the future of human-computer interaction
Familiarity with frontend development concepts (e.g., design systems, Storybook, HTML/CSS)
Understanding of accessibility (a11y) best practices and inclusive design
Clear communication skills — able to collaborate closely with engineers and product managers
Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams
Passion for designing elegant solutions to complex technical workflows.
