UX/UI Designer

In this role, you’ll work directly under our UX Director, designing for multiple industries — from tech startups and service platforms to creative brands and e-commerce. You’ll also mentor and supervise junior designers, ensuring design quality and helping your team grow. Craft user-centered designs for websites, web apps, and mobile apps

Build wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups

Conduct user research and usability testing, analyzing data for insights

Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and creative teams

Apply conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices to improve engagement

Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and scalable

Contribute to and maintain design systems and component libraries

Supervise and mentor junior designers, reviewing work and guiding their growth

Handle occasional ad-hoc design requests (graphics, marketing visuals, etc.).

Strong UX and UI design skills with a solid portfolio

Proven experience in leading or mentoring design teams

Proficiency in Figma (required)

Knowledge of design systems and scalable UI patterns

Understanding of responsive design principles

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
