As a Product Designer, you will be shaping the future of internal products.

Acting together with the Product Manager you will drive research, validate hypotheses, contribute to the design system, create concepts – in short, dig deep, and deliver value to solve the real problems of internal users.

3+ years of experience in product design

A portfolio showing end-to-end product design work that solves real problems

Strong UX focus and understanding of human behaviors, turning this into a working product with the engineering team at the highest level of design quality

Magic ability to transform complex things into simple and clean design solutions

Experience working with Design systems

The ability to take ownership, initiate changes, and work as a self-directed member of the product team

Strong skills in communication and collaboration to convey your design decisions across the company

Understanding and experience in conducting some of the user research methods

Experience working in Agile environments, Crypto, and Fintech products

Good level of spoken and written English (B1+) and Russian.
