Hi there!

We’re a small but close-knit team of 5 people working with many talented contractors. We specialize in graphic design, websites, branding, and motion design. We’re looking for someone who can help us maintain high-quality projects and contribute to the visual growth of our company.

Our designs are meant to stand out from the competition. They need to be refined in every detail. If you prefer working with templates, our studio might not be the right fit for you.

Work on websites, branding (a bit), and custom graphics
Make key design decisions with the client’s needs in mind
Maintain ongoing communication with clients
Suggest improvements to our design processes to make things even better
Ensure high quality and consistency in projects at every stage.

At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI
Ability to make decisions, take ownership, and solve complex design challenges
Advanced UX/UI design skills, with the ability to professionally assess project quality
Strong time management and task estimation skills
Strong interpersonal skills for giving constructive feedback within the team
Attention to detail at the highest level
Experience in designing and developing design systems
Proficiency in Figma and experience with analytical tools that support UX development
Familiarity with tools like Notion, Airtable, or Monday.com is a plus – not required, we can teach you!
