Middle Graphic Designer
Dukascopy Bank SA (Geneva, Switzerland) Dukascopy Bank is a Swiss online bank based in Geneva. We develop digital banking and trading products used by clients around the world — from multicurrency accounts and cards to online trading platforms for FX, CFDs, and crypto.
We’re looking for a Middle Graphic Designer who can support our marketing and product teams with clear, thoughtful visual work. Someone who understands how to turn complex topics into clean, confident design — and who’s comfortable working in a structured brand environment.
Design and produce marketing materials across digital channels: performance ads, social media visuals, banner campaigns, app store assets, landing visuals
Contribute to 360° marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team
Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all communication channels
Prepare materials for offline use: exhibitions, presentations, internal reports and print materials
Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure visual alignment with app interfaces and user experience
Propose creative improvements and contribute ideas, not just execute briefs
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
2–5 years of experience as a graphic designer (preferably in a digital-first environment)
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
Solid understanding of layout, typography, composition, and color
Experience preparing assets for various formats and platforms
Portfolio showcasing real commercial projects (campaigns, branding, digital creatives)
Ability to work with briefs and translate business goals into effective design solutions
Attention to detail and structured file organization.
Experience in fintech or technology companies.
Basic understanding of UX/UI principles
Knowledge of HTML/CSS
Experience with AI tools in creative workflows. 3D experience (e.g., Spline).
