Ищем двух Senior Product Дизайнеров с обязательным опытом в финтех или b2b бигтех продуктах. Огромный плюс - это или опыт с трейдинговыми платформами,биржами ИЛИ опыт в высоконагруженных B2B ориентированных продуктах.

Design and maintain consistent UX across multiple products and platforms within the ecosystem

Work closely with PMs, developers, and other designers to align on cross-product initiatives

Participate in discovery sessions, hypothesis testing, and user research to guide design decisions

Maintain and evolve the design system to support scalability and consistency

Take ownership of complex, system-wide design tasks and drive them to completion

Propose improvements that enhance overall ecosystem usability and user satisfaction.

5+ years of experience in product design

Mandatory experience in fintech or B2B bigtech products

Strong UX thinking with a focus on system-level and cross-product consistency

Ability to work independently and make strong product decisions within an established system

Experience collaborating closely with PMs, developers, and analysts

Crypto experience is a plus, but not required

Excellent communication and presentation skills

English B1/B2 or higher.
