Design end-to-end product experiences — from early concepts to pixel-perfect UI — for web and mobile

Be well-versed in basic usability heuristics, design thinking, and design aesthetics —and apply those methods iteratively while working within loose process guidelines

Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and other Designers in a highly iterative, agile workflow

Own both UX flows and high-fidelity visual design (this is not a researcher or wireframer role)

Present work clearly and confidently to peers, stakeholders, and leadership

Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, solving problems with creativity, pragmatism and grace

Use Figma to produce designs, prototypes, and component-based layouts.

2–5 years of product design experience, ideally with complex, enterprise SaaS products

Strong portfolio showing UX and UI work across multiple products

Proficiency in Figma (must-have) and familiarity with Jira

Understanding of basic agile principles and workflows

Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related field is a plus

Experience using generative AI for design research, persona creation, or prompt construction

Hands-on with Figma Make, v0, or Bolt for prototyping

Knowledge of design systems and component-driven design

Familiarity with the Critical Event Management or Emergency Management domain

Strong presentation skills — articulate, friendly, and confident in front of a room

Ability to self-start, prioritize, and manage multiple projects at once
