Product Designer

eVisit is a leading innovator in the healthcare industry, dedicated to improving patient outcomes through cutting-edge products and solutions. We are looking for a passionate and driven Product Associate to join our dynamic team and help us shape the future of healthcare.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and clinicians to define product requirements and design objectives
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gain insights into user needs, preferences, and behaviors
Translate user insights and business requirements into innovative design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes
Develop high-fidelity visual designs and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency and coherence across platforms
Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, usability testing, and data analysis
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of designs, providing guidance and support throughout the development process
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in healthcare software design
Champion a user-centric design approach, advocating for the needs and preferences of end users throughout the product development lifecycle
Collaborate closely with other designers working on interconnected projects happening in parallel
Use and contribute to a complex multi-product design system.

Degree or certificate in design, user experience, human-computer interaction, or a related field
3+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on healthcare SaaS applications
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc
Deep understanding of design principles, and user-centered design methodologies
A portfolio that shows how you solve problems through your design process
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders at all levels
Passion for healthcare technology and a commitment to improving patient outcomes and healthcare delivery
Ability to write user-friendly micro-copy, and create/maintain writing a style guide
Strong qualitative user research skills, including user interviews and contextual inquiry
Experience with conversational design
Proven track record delivering patient-driven healthcare experiences
