Product Designer

Own design projects end-to-end, from discovery and conception through to launch
Design internal tools and user-facing features, collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve high-impact problems in payments, claims, and eligibility
Lead and participate in user research efforts to bring user insights into every stage of the design process
Translate complex workflows into intuitive, scalable experiences that improve efficiency for internal teams and delight our members
Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape roadmaps, define problem spaces, and advocate for thoughtful design solutions
Contribute to and evolve our design system and component libraries
Communicate design rationale clearly and effectively with stakeholders across the organization.

2–3+ years of experience designing digital products—ideally across internal tools and consumer-facing applications
Strong product thinking and systems-level problem-solving skills
Experience with end-to-end design, from ideation and research to polished UI and implementation support
Comfort working with component libraries, design systems, and prototyping tools
Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment
