Gensyn is creating a decentralized compute network that makes AI training more efficient, affordable, and accessible — connecting global compute power to fuel the next generation of artificial intelligence.

Lead user research to uncover insights and shape user journeys
Design flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma with component-driven specs
Run usability testing and iterate quickly based on findings
Collaborate with engineers to ensure design fidelity and feasibility
Own and evolve Gensyn’s design system and interaction patterns
Design web3-specific flows: wallet connection, approvals, signing, deposits
Advocate for accessibility, clarity, and consistency across all touchpoints.

3+ years of UX or product design experience shipping production web apps
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process
Deep understanding of usability, accessibility, and user-centered design
Fluency in Figma (or equivalent tools)
Hands-on product experience in Web3
Familiarity with analytics-driven iteration and experimentation
Understanding of frontend implementation (HTML/CSS/JS)
Experience building or maintaining a design system across multiple product surfaces
Clear communication and collaborative mindset
Comfort working in fast-moving, high-autonomy environments.
