UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with at least 3 years of experience designing desktop and mobile web applications, as well as SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices in UI/UX. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.

Design and prototype user interfaces for web applications and SaaS solutions
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights for continuous improvement
Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and consistency
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.

3+ years of UI/UX design experience, with a focus on desktop and mobile web applications
Proficiency in Figma (experience with other design tools is a plus)
Strong sense of ownership and initiative to drive projects forward
Portfolio showcasing design projects and processes
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and frameworks, such as:

Information Architecture
Experience in user research and usability testing
Familiarity with Agile workflows, with a preference for startup experience
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards
Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Understanding of analytics tools and applying data to inform design decisions.
