UX/UI Designer

Hey Nouri is looking for a Founding UI/UX Designer to shape the future of how families experience pediatric health.

This is a full-time, remote role where you will own design across the entire company — from growth and customer acquisition, to our patient app experience, to visual identity and storytelling. You’ll design intuitive, emotionally supportive, and beautiful digital experiences that truly matter to families and kids.

You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, clinicians, and leadership, helping turn complex health journeys into experiences that feel clear, empowering, and human. If you love designing meaningful products, building from zero to one, and want your work to actually change lives, this role is for you.

Lead design across product, app experience, website, growth funnels, and brand

Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and polished UI

Build and evolve our design system and visual language

Partner with engineering to bring designs to life

Shape the emotional tone and trust experience for families

Be a thought partner in product direction and user experience strategy

Help define what “great design” means at Hey Nouri — as our first designer.

Strong experience in UI and UX design, with a portfolio showcasing user-centered, high-impact work

Proficiency in visual design, prototyping, interaction design, and storytelling

Experience designing for web and/or mobile applications

Comfort owning projects end-to-end and working in fast-moving environments

Understanding of front-end collaboration and product development workflows

Creative, detail-obsessed, and passionate about building meaningful experiences

Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite

Experience in healthcare, wellness, kids/education, or behavior-change products is a plus — but not required.
