Product Designer

inDrive is looking for a talented Senior Product Designer to join our team.

Act as the voice of the user — deeply understand their needs and advocate for them within the product team

Conduct user research (both qualitative and quantitative) to uncover insights and validate hypotheses

Collaborate closely with product managers, analysts, developers, and researchers to define and prioritize problems

Work with product metrics to understand the impact of your solutions and align them with business goals

Frame the core of each problem clearly — and dive deeper when needed through additional research. Own end to end design tasks within your scope — with awareness of their influence on the broader product

Develop and test multiple solution ideas, balancing user value and business impact

Produce high quality mockups and interaction flows, covering all necessary states and edge cases

Contribute to the design system — propose and document new components when needed

Collaborate with engineers during implementation and iterate based on real world feedback

Organize and evaluate A/B tests to assess solution effectiveness and guide next steps.

3+ years of experience in a senior level product design role

Strong expertise in UX/UI design for mobile applications

Proven ability to conduct and apply qualitative and quantitative research

High proficiency in Figma and familiarity with modern design tools and workflows

Excellent communication skills — you are able to explain design decisions clearly and persuasively

Experience working collaboratively in cross functional teams.
