we're looking for a designer who thinks in systems and understands design as leverage for brand equity, focusing on impact over volume while working closely with strategy and content teams. the role encompasses social media creatives, campaign visuals, brand systems, and shoot involvement. we need someone with 2-3 years of experience and a strong portfolio in brand or social-led design, sharp typography skills, understanding of performance creatives, and proficiency in design tools. success is measured by consistent visual language, premium execution, efficient scaling, and client-ready work that builds lasting brand value.
1. social media creatives
design statics, carousels, story assets, and thumbnails
translate ideas into scroll-stopping visuals
maintain brand consistency across platforms
build templates that scale without looking repetitive
2. campaign and launch creatives
visual systems for product launches and brand moments
moodboards and visual direction for shoots
ad creatives that are performance-aware
landing page or website visuals when required
3. brand systems
develop and refine visual identities
create typography, color, and layout systems
ensure visual coherence across touchpoints
build brand kits and guidelines when needed
4. community building
work closely with content, video editors, and strategy
translate abstract ideas into clear visual outputs
take feedback without ego and iterate fast
manage timelines independently
shoot involvement
help plan shot lists and visual references
be involved in styling, framing, and direction
ensure the final output matches the intended mood
2 to 3 years of experience in brand or social-led design
strong portfolio across social and branding
sharp typography and layout sense
understanding of performance creatives
proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite or equivalent tools
ability to think beyond trends
