UI/UX Designer

Leadr is a performance management platform that helps managers engage teams, set clear goals, and reduce turnover, all in one workspace to boost alignment and performance.

Collaborate with Product Managers to build UI designs that fulfill feature requirements, building on an established design language

Proactively identify areas of improvement in the application and propose solutions, especially related to user experience

Participate in the technical planning process to ensure that UI designs are properly implemented by engineering work

Participate in the quality assurance process to ensure that implemented features provide the best possible user experience.

1-2 years of SaaS design experience with Figma

Experience working with and extending design libraries

Experience with accessibility standards, including screen reader enablement and other vision impairment needs

Strong professional communication skills in verbal and written English.
