Translate product and user requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma

Design mobile-first experiences by adapting complex desktop dashboards and workflows into usable, responsive tablet and mobile designs (iOS and Android)

Work collaboratively with PMs and Engineers to ensure great implementations of our design ambitions.

Contribute to and evolve our design system and UX patterns

Participate in design critiques, product planning, and iterative feedback cycles

As needed, plan and conduct user research, including moderated testing, A/B tests, surveys, and usage data analysis to inform and validate design decisions

Help advocate for usability, accessibility, and consistency across the product.

1–3 years of experience in UX design, product design, or a similar role

Experience designing for complex workflows or B2B environments

Experience with AI-driven design tools or interest in emerging UX technologies

Experience working with design systems, component libraries, and design-as-code practices to ensure scalable, consistent UI patterns

Experience collaborating with customer-facing teams (support, CS, etc.) for insights

A strong portfolio showcasing customer-facing product design, including mobile apps and/or enterprise tools like SaaS platforms, especially work that adapts complex desktop interfaces to mobile or tablet environments

Experience conducting UX research: usability testing, A/B testing, user interviews, or behavior data analysis

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, with a strong working knowledge of Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping, etc.)

Understanding of UX best practices including responsive design, mobile patterns, and accessibility

Able to design with an understanding of front-end implementation constraints (HTML, CSS, JS), ensuring solutions are feasible and scalable in a modern dev environment

Interest in AI-driven prototyping and design-to-code tools; we’ll support you in learning them

Strong communication skills, you’re comfortable presenting work and explaining rationale to fellow team members and clients.
