UX/UI Designer

Conduct user research and analysis to identify needs, behaviors, and pain points

Translate insights into clear design artifacts such as personas, customer journeys, storyboards, scenarios, flowcharts, and prototypes

Plan, facilitate, and document collaborative workshops to shape new products and services

Collaborate with development teams to ensure design specifications are accurately implemented

Work as part of interdisciplinary teams combining business, technology, and design expertise to deliver innovative solutions.

Degree (BA/MA/Diploma) in a design-related field

At least 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design

Strong ability to make complex topics simple and intuitive, with a focus on both visual and interaction design

User-centered mindset with empathy for customers and end users

Hands-on, pragmatic approach to developing and implementing design concepts quickly

Willingness to challenge the status quo and drive improvements in products and services

Solid presentation and communication skills

Fluency in English (German a plus, if relevant)

Willingness and readiness to travel as required by project or client needs is expected. This may include occasional domestic or international travel, sometimes on short notice.
