We’re looking for a Product Designer with foundational experience in SaaS or B2C products and a solid understanding of working in product trios (product manager, designer, and software engineer). In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with senior designers and cross-functional partners, gaining exposure to design strategy and contributing to meaningful product decisions. You’ll help improve product workflows, refine user experiences, and support design research that informs our roadmap. Work closely with product managers and engineers to proactively identify UX challenges and opportunities through a deep understanding of the product vision and requirements
Collaborate with software engineers from end to end to maximize impact for users and business, enabling trade-offs whenever necessary
Conduct user experience research using qualitative and quantitative approaches, fostering cross-functional collaboration with product & engineering
Understand complex product workflows, distilling them into intuitive user flows, consistent component behaviors, and a unified style
Manage both the big-picture vision and the day-to-day challenges of building a complex user-facing product
Foster a supportive environment within your close team
Collaborate with other company departments to identify areas of synergy between our three products, MailerLite, MailerSend and MailerCheck, ensuring a unified and seamless user experience.
3+ years of experience working as a Product Designer
Positive attitude and deep empathy towards end users and team members
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for rallying teams around a design vision
Some experience working on multiple platforms such as mobile apps and 3rd party integrations, or developing and maintaining a Design System
Outstanding attention to detail (if you apply, include the word lite somewhere in your application)
Willingness to learn and apply AI capabilities, especially creating designs & prototypes
Some knowledge of HTML/CSS
User research experience
4h overlap required with CET timezone.
Yearly gross salary range: $62,000 - $72,000
