Design inclusive, accessible interfaces across the Justride platform, including UI, iconography, and visual elements
Lead and contribute to a strong UX process, from research and concepting to delivery
Run user testing and research to validate ideas and uncover insights
Collaborate with developers and product managers across multiple teams to ensure high-quality, production-ready implementation
Maintain and evolve Masabi's Design System, brand assets, and style guides
Bring new perspectives, share learnings, and help shape how we design together.
A portfolio demonstrating strong examples of experience design and interface design in products you have delivered to market
Confidence with tools like Figma, Miro or similar, and a willingness to learn new ones
Experience running workshops, gathering insights and making evidence-based design decisions
A deep understanding of inclusive and accessible interface design and awareness of the latest industry trends and UI patterns
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain your thinking with clarity and empathy
Curious, proactive, and engaged in continuous improvement of both product and process
Collaborative by nature; thrives in cross-functional teams and enjoys sharing ideas and learning with others.
Currently a remote first model with options to work from an office in some locations
