Designing and building high-converting pages and experiences across the entire customer journey: sales pages, landing pages, product dashboards, checkout flows, and more
Maintaining and evolving our web design system—creating consistency across design elements, breakpoints, and device experiences
Executing directly inside WordPress + Elementor (our core platform) with clean layout structure and smart organization
Writing front-end code (HTML/CSS/JS) when needed for customized layouts, clean UX, and smooth responsiveness
Partnering with marketing and product teams to design for emotion and performance—creating experiences that both look amazing and drive action
Collaborating with leadership on strategy, structure, and opportunities to innovate or simplify the digital experience.
A senior-level designer with 5+ years experience designing and building responsive websites, preferably in a DTC, education, or digital info-product business
You’re based in the US, and are totally comfortable working eastern
timezone hours
You’ve got a refined visual eye—your work feels elevated, cohesive, and emotionally intelligent
You know what converts—you’re fluent in direct-response principles and aren’t afraid to make smart trade-offs between pretty and persuasive
You’re confident building inside WordPress and Elementor, and can push front-end code as needed without breaking things
You thrive with autonomy, but love collaboration. You can drive your own work forward, and enjoy bouncing ideas off your team
You’re organized and on-time—you scope accurately, communicate clearly, and deliver what you promise
You think like a strategic creative—you love solving business problems with design, and you want your voice heard in shaping the big picture.
$80,000–$100,000 annual salary, depending on experience
