You won’t just be “designing banners” — you’ll become the voice of our brand in the visual world. From pitch decks to events on the other side of the planet, from entering new markets to shaping fresh identities — you’ll be in the thick of it.

Refreshing and refining our brand identity: guidelines, visual patterns, brand systems
Thinking smart and designing smarter: creating templates that actually work
Crafting decks, shaping special projects, designing graphics people want to save
Creating merch — from concept to real hoodies onstage in New York
Helping with the website, landing pages — anything the world sees
Digging into meaning. Asking “why” and “what for”. We love people who do that.
5+ years in design, branding, or communications
Systems thinking — you see not just a logo, but how it behaves across channels
Experience creating identity from scratch or leading rebrands
Strong skills in Adobe CC (Ps, Ai, Id) and Figma
Proactivity, independence, and — crucially — the ability to communicate your ideas clearly
Bonus points for motion or 3D skills, but not a must
English level B2+: you’ll work with an international team
Interest in crypto and fintech — even from the outside. The spark matters more than experience.
