Facilitate workshops and design critiques that align cross-functional teams on goals and outcomes
Create high-fidelity prototypes and user flows to validate ideas through internal reviews and user testing
Take ownership of major product areas, from problem discovery to iterative delivery.
4+ years of product design experience, ideally in EdTech or a mission-driven company
A portfolio that clearly communicates your design process, including research insights, iteration, and measurable outcomes
Experience leading or co-leading research and turning insights into design strategy
A track record of ownership—you've shaped product experiences and can speak to their business or learning impact
Proficiency in Figma, with experience evolving a design system across multiple teams or brands
Strong collaboration and communication skills, including experience navigating cross-functional feedback
Awareness and application of inclusive design and accessibility standards.
