UX/UI Designer

Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Product Management, UX Research, and Marketing—to identify user challenges and design opportunities

Translate research insights into compelling wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously within an agile, fast-paced environment

Advocate for inclusive user-centered design principles, lead design discussions, and present design rationale to stakeholders for buy-in

Contribute to design standards, guidelines, and strategies that ensure consistent, high-quality user experiences across products

Participate in usability testing and analyze user feedback to refine and improve existing product experiences

Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices, sharing knowledge and recommendations with the broader team

Present design rationale and recommendations clearly to stakeholders

Contribute to the evolution of our design standards and overall design strategy.

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, with 4–8 years of proven experience in UX design for digital products

A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design processes—from concept to execution—with clear problem-solving narratives

Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite

Experience in a global organization or in cross-functional, diverse teams

A solid understanding of user-centered design and agile methodologies

Prior exposure to healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industries is a plus

Experience conducting usability testing and applying design research methodologies to inform design decisions

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and decisions to diverse audiences

Experience working in fast-paced, iterative environments and managing multiple design projects concurrently

A proactive attitude and passion for pushing design boundaries to deliver innovative user experiences.
