We’re looking for a digital-first designer who can craft conversion-focused, intuitive experiences—and bring a creative spark to brand-driven projects. This role lives at the intersection of UI/UX design, CRO/PLG strategy, and creative storytelling
You’ll design landing pages, experiments, websites, and digital products, while also contributing to branding, campaigns, and visual systems. You’ll collaborate with our creative director, strategists, and developers to create designs that look sharp and drive results
Your focus will be designing high-impact digital experiences—from CRO experiments and landing pages to full websites and brand systems. You’ll work closely with our team to bring ideas to life with clarity and intention
Own the design process from concept to polished UI with a focus on usability and conversion
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate goals and insights into strong design
Create wireframes, flows, and prototypes to visualize and validate ideas
Design high-fidelity UI and systems that balance user needs with brand expression
Iterate quickly based on data and user feedback
Partner with developers to ensure fidelity and smooth implementation
Contribute to our design systems and component libraries
Stay current on digital trends and share new tools and ideas
Present and defend your work clearly with rationale and strategy.
A portfolio that shows clean, conversion-focused web/UI work and brand-driven design
3–5+ years of experience (agency, SaaS, or product), focused on web and digital systems
Mastery of Figma; comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite
Solid understanding of UX best practices and responsive design
Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and fast iteration
The ability to connect design decisions to business and user goals
Clear communication skills—you present ideas and handle feedback well
A collaborative mindset and comfort working with cross-functional teams.

Salary range: $65–$80k (based on experience/portfolio)
