Own and deliver end-to-end features or user journeys
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to build scalable, high-quality solutions
Maintain design systems, patterns, and documentation
Optimize systems and processes to drive consistent, user-centered design across products
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
Provide feedback to peers
Represent design in cross-functional discussions and anticipate trade-offs between user needs, product goals, and technical constraints.

Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Typically 2–3 years of professional experience in UX/UI or product design
Experience with design systems or accessibility standards is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills with a team-first mindset.
