Graphic Designer

We’re a cannabis brand house building culturally driven, design-forward companies that stand out in a crowded space. We believe in the power of storytelling, intentional design, and branding that hits hard. From packaging and product to campaign visuals and in-store displays, design is at the center of how we connect with consumers — and we’re looking for a Design Director who thrives in that environment.

The Design Director will lead the creative development and execution of visual assets across all touchpoints. You’ll be responsible for setting the design vision, managing our brand identities, and guiding a team of in-house and freelance designers. This is a strategic and hands-on role, perfect for someone who can move fluidly between art direction, systems thinking, and detailed production design.

Own the creative direction and execution of all brand identities across our portfolio

Oversee packaging, web, social, merchandise, in-store signage, and campaign creative

Manage and mentor junior designers, freelancers, and agency partners

Collaborate with marketing, retail, and product teams to bring ideas to life

Build and maintain scalable brand systems and guidelines

Lead creative concepting and execution for product launches and retail campaigns

Ensure consistency, quality, and innovation in all design outputs

Keep a pulse on industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.

6+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2+ years in a creative leadership role

A standout portfolio showcasing packaging, brand systems, and campaign work

Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills

Experience managing creative teams and workflows

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Figma, After Effects, and/or 3D tools a plus)

Ability to balance big-picture vision with day-to-day execution

High attention to detail and a love for the craft

Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Passion for culture, cannabis, and building meaningful brands.
