Designer UX/UI

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Designer with deep experience in branding, UX/UI, and content design for digital channels including social and email.

As a Senior Designer at Relay Digital, you’ll shape the visual direction of projects across brand identity, website UX/UI, and digital marketing. From defining a brand’s look and feel to crafting interface designs and designing scroll-stopping content for email and social media, you’ll play a central role in bringing strategy to life through design.

Lead the development of brand identities—including logos, visual systems, and brand guidelines

Design polished, user-centric interfaces for websites and digital products (desktop and mobile)

Create content for digital channels—email campaigns, social graphics, paid ads, and more

Develop asset libraries and design systems that ensure visual consistency across platforms

Collaborate with strategists and copywriters to align creative output with brand positioning and goals

Present work confidently to clients and internal stakeholders, clearly communicating design rationale

Stay on top of design trends across branding, UX/UI, and digital marketing content

Guide and mentor junior team members, offering feedback and direction.

5+ years of experience in a design role—preferably in an agency or fast-paced creative environment

A portfolio showcasing standout work in branding, UX/UI, and digital content (social and email)

Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and bonus points for motion design experience (After Effects, etc.)

Strong eye for typography, layout, colour, and composition

Ability to combine creative thinking with strategic insight to solve client challenges

Excellent communication skills—you’re confident presenting ideas and collaborating cross-functionally

A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
