Product Designer

We are looking for a UX Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive and user-centered designs. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to craft outstanding user experiences that drive engagement and satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a strong background in UX research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.

Lead the UX design process from research to implementation

Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to gather insights

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design solutions

Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure a seamless user experience

Design intuitive and engaging interfaces that enhance user satisfaction

Maintain and contribute to design systems and UX guidelines

Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve design solutions

Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design

Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to elevate team performance.

Experience: 3-6 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects

Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar

Research: Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing

Problem-Solving: Ability to translate complex problems into simple, elegant user experiences

Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions

Knowledge: Understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and interaction design principles.
