Product Designer

Leverage behavioral data and user feedback to iterate and optimize the guest experience

Translate UX concepts into wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes

Create end-to-end, native and responsive experiences that are intuitive, polished, and accessible

Maintain design consistency by contributing to and expanding shared design systems and component libraries

Build interactive prototypes using tools like FigmaMake, Cursor, Replit, Lovable etc…

Test new features and ideas quickly to validate hypotheses and inform product direction

Design exceptional AI-first experiences that solve meaningful customer problems - using AI tools to accelerate ideation, streamline design workflows, and contribute to a culture of innovation and learning across the team

Partner closely with product managers, engineers, marketers, and researchers to define, build, and ship consumer-first solutions

Actively participate in design critiques and reviews to evolve the craft

Help facilitate and support user research to uncover insights that inform the product roadmap.

Experience designing native mobile and responsive web applications with consumer-grade visual polish

Curiosity for new design tools and emerging AI tech that can unlock better restaurant/guest outcomes

Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools; strong knowledge of accessibility best practices

Adept in UX fundamentals—journey mapping, behavioral insights, and data-driven iteration

Deep attention to detail paired with a strong product-thinking mindset

Ability to work core EST working hours

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities—able to explain design decisions clearly to cross-functional partners

High adaptability and comfort working in fast-paced, iterative environments
