Graphic Designer
Topfoxx is a leading e-commerce sunglasses brand committed to "Sunglasses with a Solution." We specialize in creative and innovative designs, including tangle-free aviators, luxury floating sunglasses that won’t get lost at the beach, foldable pocket-sized glasses, shatter-resistant lenses, and eco-friendly frames made from castor beans. Each product is designed to flatter every face shape and add convenience to everyday life.
TopFoxx is looking for a Creative Designer to bring bold, innovative ideas to life through strategic design and marketing. This role requires a strong creative vision paired with marketing expertise to develop engaging content across social media, website, email, SMS, packaging, and product launches. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership and the marketing team to enhance brand aesthetics, improve conversion rates, and drive audience engagement.
Create visually engaging graphics for e-commerce campaigns, social media, email newsletters, and website assets
Design and execute digital marketing materials that enhance brand presence and drive engagement across digital platforms
Collaborate on product design elements for new launches, aligning visuals with TopFoxx’s unique, sustainable brand identity
Edit video content for marketing materials, product features, and social media when needed
Develop email marketing templates in Klaviyo that are on-brand and optimized for performance
Support web design efforts on Shopify, ensuring cohesive visuals across our site and improving the user experience
Strategic Research & Analysis: Conduct continuous research on fashion, marketing, and graphic trends, focusing on improving conversions through creative elements. Analyze the performance of different marketing channels and provide actionable design feedback to the team.
Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop a must; Illustrator and After Effects are bonuses), with a willingness to expand and refine skills
Experience with Klaviyo for email design and Shopify for web design
Background in e-commerce and digital marketing with a solid understanding of brand aesthetics and social media trends
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and adaptability
Experience with social media content creation
Experience producing and editing content across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Klaviyo/Mailchimp, Capcut), with an eye for aesthetics and trends in global fashion. (BIG PLUS)
Ability to work independently from concept development through to final design, while collaborating effectively with key team members
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with skills in forecasting and planning ahead.
