Identify, execute, and iterate on ways to improve the end-to-end product experience and solve real customer problems

Create UX and visual designs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and design stakeholders

Plan, facilitate, and conduct research independently or with support from the Research team

Run workshops and feedback sessions

Leverage and contribute to the Design System.

3+ years of experience in digital product design, ideally in an agency setting

Strong visual design skills (this is a must)

Ability to build quick and functional prototypes

Skilled in designing clean, intuitive user interfaces

A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently with minimal guidance

Openness to feedback and the ability to apply it effectively

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting your design approach to support team goals

Creative mindset with a passion for pushing the boundaries of design

Familiar with Design Systems and able to both use and contribute to them

Proven experience designing SaaS products

A solid portfolio of case studies

Fluent in English.
