UX Designer

Work with a team of designers, developers, writers and producers to understand project requirements and create concepts that help define the best possible user experience, while supporting client’s business objectives
Connect business goals to user needs with sketching, concept creation, wireframes, defining user flows and the production of site maps with prototyping
Leverage user and consumer insights, analytics, best practices and competitor analysis to help guide project decisions
Prepare UX documentation (i.e., site architecture, wireframes, heat mapping audits, use cases, task flows, etc.) to be used by other members of the team
Document findings and make a case for recommendations to stakeholders
Join client calls and speak to your findings and recommendations clearly and confidently
Build wireframes and digital prototypes, and iterate on designs using feedback from internal and external stakeholders
Conduct audits leveraging analytics and user data to make informed recommendations about product enhancements
Build information architectures and make recommendations to meet client objectives
Identify and implement opportunities to refine the UX process
Apply your knowledge in tourism and travel industry trends, competitive activity, and e-commerce best practices, and share those insights with colleagues to help drive internal standards and to build the best possible user experience for our clients.
Demonstrated ability to effectively solve complex problems, using analysis, creative thinking, and input from others to improve processes, and develop effective client-centric strategies
Able to confidently speak and present complex findings to internal and external stakeholders
Strong understanding of how to leverage data to make informed decisions
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Highly organized with the ability to function in a fast-paced business environment
Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to work in a team environment
