As a Senior Product Designer, you'll be working on one of our flagship apps, Muscle Booster, and help shape the experience, driving user engagement and retention, integrating exciting new features like nutrition guidance, and deepening the overall value our users get from the app.

Contribute to end-to-end design processes, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity visual designs and prototypes
Collaborate closely within our team of designers, product managers, engineers, and researchers to deliver intuitive, delightful user experiences
Design visually appealing, user-centered interfaces adhering to both Apple and Android design guidelines
Execute design projects autonomously while actively contributing to collaborative ideation and design critiques.
Use product analytics and experimentation to inform design decisions, improving user retention and engagement
Help evolve our local and global design systems
Support team growth by sharing your knowledge and best practices.

Exceptional visual design skills and proficiency with Figma (components, auto-layouts, variables)
Proven experience designing mobile applications for both Apple and Android platforms
Strong collaborative skills, deeply integrating with cross-functional teams
Comfortable using analytics and data-driven experimentation to guide product improvements
Understanding of user psychology, behavioral design, and principles behind habit-forming products
Independent yet collaborative work style, actively contributing to team development and culture
Clear, empathetic, and persuasive communication skills.
